merupakan video pertama yang kami buat sepanjang di Universiti pendidikan sultan idris.kami merupakan pelajar ijazah sarjana muda rekabentuk animasi,batch 2.ijazah ini baru sahaja ditubuhkan pada 2011.sepanjang pengajian kami di ajar pelbagai jenis software,terutama ADOBE.

pada sem 1 kami di ajar membuat papertoys,pada asalnya ia adalah beban kepada kami,sebab kami tiada sebarang ilmu seni,malahan kami tidak berminat namun apabila sudah masuk sem2 kami mula biasa dengan glossy paper,..dll.

boleh dikatakan sem 2 banyak betul software yang kami kena upload untuk kertas kerja.pada mulanya kami di ajar dalam paper produksi audio,kat cni kami di ajar menggunakan audacity...nice software.bes sangat...bila dah pandai.mula2 blur gak....hehehehhe....

bila dah pandai sume nak guna audacity,kitorang menyanyi,sajak,blakon.mula2 malu la...sebab da mcam2 jenis suara.....macam chipsmunk pon ada...hahahahhah.....kat audacity ni kowang leh edit suara....nak slow@kuat......boleh cut,copy,paste,...senangkan?kowang nak campur2 lagu jadikan 1 lagu pon boleh.....heheheh.....tapi biar matching la....

FRILLY TOOTHPICKS




I wanted to debut a blog series today called Make & Munch. A fun craft to make and a delicious recipe to munch on. Pretty much my favorite activities ever. I have a quick tutorial for frilly toothpicks to go with a very simple breakfast sandwich recipe today.

MAKE:
Supplies:
  • Toothpicks
  • Crepe or tissue paper
  • Scissors, Adhesive
  • Directions:
    1. Cut a strip of crepe or tissue paper.
    2. Fold it in half several times (so you don’t have to make as many cuts).
    3. Cut frills into one side of the paper and leave the other side connected.
    4. Unfold your strip of paper.
    5. Cut a small piece of frilled paper and apply adhesive against the uncut side.
    6. Place your toothpick at the start of the paper and beginning rolling tightly onto the toothpick.
    7. Continue with the rest of your toothpicks to make as many as you need!

Paper Clutch Purse

This is a favorite project that I came across recently. It was a paper clutch swap and this is the one I made.  There's that paper flower again that I promise to share a tutorial soon.
Use the template to copy a front and back printed on 8.5" x 11" cardstock. I covered both sides of the templates with matching paper.

The front and back is adhered to a color coordinated paper bag. Before gluing, I trimmed the top of the bag with decorative scissors and folded down the top, inside, to fit just below the handles.



As an afterthought, I used the cut-outs of the handles to make inspirational word tags and attached to the top with ballchain. Cutting the handles was the hardest part because I didn't have a good exacto knife. I later learned some of the better crafters first used a small circle punch to start the cut-out, then finished cutting straight across with a blade. (I know a machine will do it now, but this is the part of crafting where I prefer handmade to machine made.)


I embellished the clutch with large colored eyelets using a Crop-a-dile, added three strands of paper beads made with the same paper (coated with Mod Podge) and the layered paper flower. I added clear Swarvoski crystals to the front. I used a silver leaf pen around the word tags to try to hide my imperfection when cutting out. 




As a swap gift I made a matching paper bead bracelet. My note to the recipient was inside the folded noteholder with the quilled flower on the front.

Reduce the size to make a little girl's purse for party favors or to decorate at a party. I made this Easter theme clutch for my 2-y/o granddaughter and personalized it.

Get creative – How to make a gift bag or box from old greeting cards

How to recycle and re-use your old greeting card? Check out these gift bag tutorials by Tara !
Throughout the year, we receive many greeting cards such as those for our birthday, right? Even though nowadays most of people probably prefer sending digital cards or birthday wishes on the internet, what is a birthday without a party and cards?
Anyway, if you’re anything like me, you will have stacks of old greeting cards gathering dust in the back of a cupboard or under your bed. And let’s face it, you are never going to read them again so why not do something useful with them and create a gift bag? Yes, a small wonderful gift bag that you can use to hold a present.

What you need to make this wonderful paper gift bag :


  1. Selection of old greetings cards
  2. Gift bag template
  3. Scissors
  4. Holepunch
  5. Cellotape/Stapler/Glue
  6. Ruler
  7. Ribbon/buttons (optional)
Decide on the theme of you bag/box and discard any cards or sections of a card that can’t be used. Then lets get started !

Print the gift bag template out on A3 paper or larger depending on the size you want your bag/box to be. If you want to make a box you will need all the tabs but tabs H and G aren’t necessary for a gift bag. ( Pay attention to the letter marking because we will recall them quite often in the tutorials. )

Study the template, cut around it and lay on a flat surface. Make a note of the measurements for each section and then use those measurements to cut out accurate shapes from the cards. But make the side pieces (D) an extra 1cm wider so you can fold them later on. Choose your cards ( colors and designs ) carefully, particularly for sections B, C and both D’s because these will be visible once the bag/box is finished

Take both side pieces (D) and fold them in half vertically. This will form the crease in the side of the gift bag. Draw two lines at each end, forming a triangle. Use scissors to score these lines to make the folding process easier.

Lay all the card pieces face down and carefully begin to attach them together using cellotape. Try not to overlap the pieces. Instead allow several layers of cellotape to join the sides together. The flexibility of the cellotape will allow all the pieces to fold easily

Once all sections are joined the paper bag / box will begin to take shape. Put Cellotable or glue on tab A and fold it over, attaching the sides together, forming an open ended box. If you are making a box avoid gluing this end tab because it forms the opening of the box; instead just close both ends instead using tabs E, F, G and H.

Close the bottom (and the top if you are making a box) using cellotape or glue. You now have your gift bag. Fold the sides to make the bag a better shape.

For the handle, you can use ribbon threaded through holes made with a hole puncher or attach the ribbon with a stapler. I’ve added a decorative twist to the ribbon by plaiting it.

You can tidy up the bag and hide any cellotape that might be visible by adding extra detail like ribbon or buttons.
Tag – This part is the easy bit. Find a card with something pretty on, cut out the section you want, hole punch just one hole and make a loop using ribbon or string.

Tip : If you are giving the present as birthday gift, you can use a birthday card / greeting as the tag. Just attach the tag to the bag and then all you need is a present to fill it.  You can even buy the greeting without leaving the house – just visit a site like Hallmark UK and get a personalised card to go with your personalised bag!

It looks nice to me alright. Something I would personally do as paper bags for my gifts to just about anyone. I also include one of my template for  11cm x 8cm x 3cm. Its a default template I can offer for a A4 size paper. But you can scale it up to make a bigger gift bag using the same ratio.

Tutorial On Making Gift Bag Paper Craft.

Scale up the template to the size required and transfer / print out the pattern onto the decorated paper. Cut out carefully using knife / scissor. Score lightly along the back of the crease so that they will fold more easily. Fold down and glue the flaps along the top edge of the bag.

Next, glue the long, side tab to form a bag shape.

Then glue the base of the bag, folding in the short end tabs first.

Form the pleats down the sides of the bag by pressing the long edges together gently so that the paper is pushed inwards

Using the hole punch, make two holes on each of the top sides near the top edge. Cut two short length of ribbon and thread each end through the holes to make two looped handles. Knot the ends at the back of the holes to secure.

Presenting another papercraft box gift, with love and butterfly design.
Actually, you can design any kind of symmetrical drawings in replacement for the love shape or the butterfly shape using your own creativity. It can be flowers or bubbles or a splat sign, anything at all! Just replace the symmetrical drawings part with your own.

This is made by using cardboard, and self coloring of the love and butterfly shapes. It’s rather easy that even children can do this!
Print out the box template or have it drawn on the cardboard. You can adjust the size proportionately because it is of a cuboid shape initially

Simple instruction on making the gift boxes

Cut out the according to the straight lines and fold those with dotted lines. After you’ve done this, you can decorate the love/butterfly shape parts. Color it as you like, make it look very creative and interesting.
Now, lay it on a flat surface with the drawn and colored part facing on top. While in this position, simply attach double sided tape at place labeled with capital letters on the template. Don’t forget to cut the red lines while at this stage. Make sure you have it meet really at the center to make sure it will be in a balance full shape.

After you’ve done this, shape it up together into a box. The capital letters part should be stick onto the parts with small letters according to the letters respective ly ( Aa, Bb, Cc, Dd)
You will realize there’s a lit before the shape, close the lit a little bit inside before sliding the two half-shaped love / butterfly together. Then, adjust the inside lit a little bit to make it perfect. It should look like in the pictures.

RENDANG KEDAH


BAHAN-BAHAN:
1 kg daging
10 biji cili kering
10 biji cili padi
3 ulas bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih
1 camca rempah biji
1 camca jintan manis
Sedikit belacan
1 camca kunyit
1 cm halia
1 keping gula melaka
2 keping asam gelugur
5 biji bawang besar
4 batang serai
1 mangkuk santan
1 senduk kerisik
1 cm lengkuas
Garam dan serbuk perasa
Sedikit kulit kayu manis dan daun limau purut
CARA MEMBUATNYA:
1.Cili,bawang merah, bawang putih, rempah biji,jintan manis,belacan, halia, lengkuas dan serai digiling halus.
2.Daging direbus dengan santan dan masukkan rempah yang telah digiling serta garam dan serbuk perasa.
3.Masak sehingga daging empuk dan sebati. Kacau sehingga kering.
TIP:
Sentiasa mengacau rendang untuk mengelakkan daripada melekat pada kuali dan hangus.

AYAM PURI

1 ekor ayam di belah empat
1 tin kecil tomato puri
1 sudu teh serbuk lada putih
2 cm halia, ditumbuk
50 g suhun, direndang hingga kembang
6 batang lada merah, dibelah lima tetapi jangan putus
5 sudu makan kicap masin
3 sudu makan cuka
2 sudu makan gula pasir
50 ml air
125 ml minyak kacang
garam secukup rasa

BAHAN-BAHAN(a)
(Digoreng hingga layu berasingan)
4 biji bawang besar, dihiris
4 biji tomato, dipotong empat

BAHAN-BAHAN(b)
(Dihiris dan digoreng berasingan)
10 ulas bawang merah
4 ulas bawang putih

BAHAN-BAHAN(c)
(Untuk menumis)
4 kuntum bunga cengkih
8 biji buah pelaga
1 kuntum bunga lawang
3 cm kulit kayu manis

CARA-CARA

1. Cucikan ayam bersih-bersih dan gaulkan ia dengan halia dan garam hingga rata. Kemudian gorenglan ayam ini hingga kekuningan.�

2. Tinggalkan sedikit minyak bekas menggoreng ayam ini lalu ditumis bahan-bahan(c) hingga berbau wangi. Masukkan lada merah dan gorenglah ia hingga kelihatan masak dan berminyak, tetapi jangan terlalu layu. Kemudian angkat lada ini dan ketepikan untuk dijadikan hiasan.�

3. Masukkan ayam, kicap, cuka, gula, lada putih, tomato puri dan bahan-bahan (a) kedalam tumisan tadi. Kacau rata-rata. Biarkan ia mendidih dan rasalah garamnya.�

4. Bila sudah masak, masukkan pula suhun. Ratakan supaya ia tidak bergumpal�

5. Hidangkan dengan menabur bahan (b) di atasnya dan hiaskan dengan lada merah yang digoreng tadi.

MOCHA ICE BLENDED


Resepi ini adalah original dari Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf
Bahan-bahan:
ice 2 cawan penuh (pastikan setiap cawan ber isi padu antara 300ml - 350 ml)
extract cokelat powder with sugar added 50 gram Extract ( air nescafe/kopi + susu skim )
pembahagiannya ialah setiap 2liter air kopi/nescafe dicampur 1 liter susu skim. Kalau di ikut kan kopi yang sepatutnya digunakan adalah jenis colombian - tapi nescafe menggunakan jenis rabusta so masih boleh digunakan lagi. Dan make sure nescafe itu pekat dan bukan cair ( dalam kater lain Kow Giler) 
Cara:
ok mula mula isikan ice kedalam cawan sampai penuh, pastikan yang ice tersebut kecil kecil supaya senang di blen. Kemudian isi sampai penuh. masukkan pula extract tadi kedalam cawan yang berisi ice sampai lebih kurang setengah inci dari mulut cawan. dan tuangkan kedalam blender kemudian masukan pula coklat powder dan di blend.
untuk memastikan ianya telah hancur adalah ice yang telah hancur itu akan naik keatas dan menolak ice yang di atas akan kebawah dan di blen seketika sebelum menutup suis nya.jangan terlalu lama kerana ice akan terlalu hancur dan cair (masa untuk blen antara 30-45 saat)
Cadangan hidangan:
Tuangkan kedalam cawan dan picitkan sedikit cream di permukaan cawan
Boleh juga ditambah kan 9 biji kopi dan ianya menjadi - Ultimate Ice Blended
Tambahan:
Ditambah 9 biji kopi dan 7 biji ceri menjadi - Black forest Ice Blended
Ditambah caramel tetapi cokelat powder ditukar ke vanilla powder menjadi - Ceramel Ice Blenden
Ditambah cinnamon (kayu manis) powder tetapi cokelat powder ditukar ke vanilla powder menjadi - Cinnamon Ice Blenden

Jika di tambah vanilla sahaja dan cokelat powder di keluarkan akan mejadi - vanilla ice blended

NASI BRIYANI GAM

Bahan-bahan (untuk Nasi) 1. 5 cawan* beras basmathi 2. 1 cawan ghee (minyak sapi) 3. 1 sudu teh buah pelaga 4. 1 inci kayu manis 5. 5 bunga lawang 6. 1 sudu teh jintan manis 7. setengah sudu teh koma koma (saffron) 8. 4 ulas bawang putih -hiris halus 9. 10 ulas bawang merah - hiris halus 10. 1 inci halia - hiris halus 11. 3 sudu makan rempah beriyani (pes) 12. segenggam gajus 13. segenggam raisins 14. 5 cawan air 15. garam secukup rasa 
(*cawan = cawan kopi) 
Cara-caranya 1. Pijarkan minyak sapi 2. Tumiskan bahan hiris beserta buah pelaga,kayu manis,bunga lawang dan jintan manis sampai berbau harum 3. Masukkan rempah beriyani dan biar sehingga naik bau 4. Seterusnya masukkan beras dan kacau rata 5. Masukkan air sehingga menutup paras beras dan kacau rata 6. Masukkan saffron, gula dan garam, kacau rata 7. Kecilkan api. Masak beras sehingga separa masak 

Bahan-bahan untuk lauk 1. 1 kilo daging batang pinang, potong anggaran 6x6x5 cm 2. 5 biji kentang (belah dua) 3. 8 biji telur rebus keras 4. setengah cawan ghee (minyak sapi) 5. 1 sudu teh buah pelaga 6. 1 inci kayu manis 7. 5 bunga lawang 8. 1 sudu teh jintan manis 9. 2 biji bawang besar (yang kuning), hiris 10. 5 ulas bawang putih - kisar 11. 10 ulas bawang merah - kisar 12. 1 inci halia - kisar 13. 6 sudu makan rempah beriyani (pes) 14. segenggam gajus 15. segenggam raisins 16. Air 17. Tairu (perahkan 2 biji limau nipis ke dalam 1 gelas susu dan biarkan 15 minit)/1 cawan yoghurt 18. garam secukup rasa 19. 1 atau 2 sudu makan tomato puri 
Cara 1. Pijarkan minyak sapi, tumiskan bawang besar, bahan kisar dan semua rempah campak (kulit kayu manis etc) hingga naik bau 2. Masukkan pes beriyani dan biar terbit minyak 3. Masukkan daging dan kentang dan air (1 inci atas paras daging & kentang). Didihkan. 4. Kecilkan api dan masak hingga daging empuk 5. Masukkan bahan bahan lain dan 2 cawan air lagi. Kacau rata.

Peralatan 1. Alat kukusan 2. Kain muslin, untuk mengalas kukusan 3. Kain kapas yang agak panjang (3 meter) 4. Kanji/perekat (masak tepung kanji) 
Cara 1. Masukkan lauk yang separa masuk kedalam periuk kukusan (tempat yang selalunya kita bubuh air) 2. Alaskan periuk mengukus dengan kain muslin (buat 3 layers) 3. Masukkan nasi yang separuh masak, gajus dan raisins (lihat bahan untuk nasi) 4. Tutupkan pengukus, Letak periuk mengukus atas periuk kukusan yang berisi lauk 5. Celupkan kain kapas dengan kanji 6. Lilitkan kain tersebut pada bahagian di antara periuk dengan pengukus. Pastikan iktannya agak kejap. No steam should be able to escape. 7. Letak atas api yang perlahan 8. Masak sehingga lebih kurang 1 jam 9. Buka lilitan dan buka tutup pengukus 10. Dengan menggunakan garpu, gemburkan nasi yang sepatutnya sudah masak by now. 11. Kalau nasi masih belum masak, ulangi proses kukusan. 
Untuk menghidang 1. Sendukkan 4 senduk nasi ke dalam pinggan hidang yang besar, ratakan 2. Letakkan 4 ketul daging, 4 ketul kentang dan 4 biji telur di atas nasi tersebut 3. Sendukkan 4 senduk nasi lagi untuk menutup lauk tersebut 4. Taburkan bawang goreng, daun saderi, daun bawang dan hati ayam yang telah digoreng garing dan dicincang. 5. Kuah beriyani tadi di hidangkan berasingan 6. Selain itu acar buah juga boleh dijadikan hidangan sampingan

AYAM BAKAR SANTAN BEREMPAH


Bahan-Bahan:
1 ½ kg ayam
5 batang serai (dikisar)
30 gm bawang merah (dikisar)
10 gm bawang putih (dikisar)
4 cm halia (dikisar)
5 biji buah keras (dikisar)
3 biji cili merah yang besar (dikisar) 4 biji limau kasturi (diperah jusnya)
50 gm santan pekat
4 cm kunyit hidup (dikisar)
1 helai daun pisang yang besar & panjang
10 gm gula
Garam secukup rasa
Serbuk perasa secukup rasa

Cara:
Ayam dibelah 2 kemudian dibersihkan & dikelar. Gaulkan dengan semua bahan yang telah dikisar halus juga jus limau kasturi, serbuk perasa, santan pekat & sedikit serbuk kari daging. Perapkan ayam selama 1 jam / lebih kerana semakin
lama diperap semakin sedap rasanya.

Cara Membungkus:
Lapis pertama letakkan kertas timah. Lapis kedua letakkan daun pisang. Lapis ketiga daun kunyit kemudian letakkan ayam & bungkus kemas-kemas. Bakar hingga masak dalam ketuhar selama 20-25 minit. Hidangkan ketika masih panas.

IKAN PANGGANG PERCIK


Bahan-bahan;

1 ekor ikan siakap dicuci bersih, dibuang perutnya dan dikelar-kelar.


Bahan-bahan Sambal Percik;

2 cm halia
10 ulas bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih
2 cm kunyit hidup
2 batang serai dimesin sampai lumat
3 helai daun limau purut
5 biji buah keras
4 biji cili padi
7 biji cili merah
3 cawan santan pekat (dari � biji kelapa yang diparut)
Jus dari sebiji limau nipis atau lebih
Garam dan gula secukup rasa
Minyak untuk menggoreng
Beberapa helai daun pisang
2 helai daun pandan
Sekeping kertas timah (Aluminum Foil)
2 biji cili merah untuk hiasan di atas ikan


Cara-caranya


  1. Panaskan minyak dan tumis rempah-rempah yang dimesin sampai wangi. Masukkan santan dan masak perlahan-lahan sampai ianya pekat. Masukkan garam, gula dan asam limau.
  2. Letakkan ikan yang beralaskan daun pisang & daun pandan diatas kertas timah dan sapukan kuah percik di rata-rata ikan. Bungkus rapat-rapat dan dibakar pada suhu 180�C selama 20 minit sampai masak.

PUDING ROTI SIMPLE

1 camca kecil esen vanila

CARA... . 


Roti dicarik-carikkan kemudian rendam bersama susu, gula, mentega, garam dan esen vanila. Setelah roti agak lembut, masukkan ke dalam loyang dan kukus selama 3/4 jam. Setelah masak, angkat dan hidangkan.

Wet N Wild Chococlate Cake

bhn kek:-
1 buku buttercup(kalau takde guna 2 cawan planta yea)
2 cawan gula icing
2 cawan tepung kek(kalau takde guna tepung gandum pun boleh..tapi kena la tambah 1 camca teh soda bicarbonat)
1 cawan serbuk koko (van houten atau yg seangkatan dgnnyer la)  
1 camca teh soda bicarbonat( kowrang campurkan dlm tepung tadi yea)
5 biji telur ayam (kalau gred A guna 4 biji dah cukup tau)
1 1/2 cawan air..( ini tuk masak kan coklat tue)
1/2 cawan badam untuk hiasan... 

bhn icing:
1 sudu majerin@butter
3/4 cawan serbuk coklat
1/2 cawan susu pekat manis
1/2 cawan air
(semua bahan nie kowrang campurkan dan masak sampai dia pekat tp jangan sampai hangus lak)

k.. sekarang ialah camner nak buat kek tue... 
1.kena panaskan dulu oven tue..then masak dulu 1 cawan gula dengan 1 cawan serbuk koko ngan 1 1/2 air tadi. masak sampai pekat dan letak tepi dulu.
2. pukul 1 cawan lagi gula dengan buttercup sampai kembang. at least butter tu nampak putih laa.. kira ok la tue. 
3. masukkan telur satu persatu... ke dlm adunan gula dan buttercup td. pukul sampai nampak likat. 
4. masukkan tepung ke dlm adunan... masuk sikit demi sedikit yea.. 
5. last sekali baru la masukkan koko yang kowrang masak tadi. kacau perlahan... sampai sebati... then masukkan ke dalam loyang kek..
k.. camner nak bagi kek tak lekat kat loyang. cam nie.. kowrang sapukan sedikit majerin kat loyang... pas tu taburkan sikit tepung... kendian baru la kowrang masukkan adunan td... 
dah tuang.. masukkan adunan kedalam ketuhar.. bakar la.. selalunya dia ambil mase 40 minit.( pd suhu 170 darjah F.
